Industry Benchmark Reports
The objective was to simplify Marsh’s Industry Benchmark Reports—nine annual publications originally built in Excel and exported into 40+ page PowerPoint decks.
I developed a streamlined visual system that prioritized key insights and eliminated unnecessary detail, creating a concise, chart-driven framework. The new approach reduced page count by 50–75% and transformed the reports into clearer, story-driven tools, later standardized for future benchmark reporting.
