Talent Acquisition Campaign

Working alongside Guy Carpenter’s Marketing Director, we developed and launched a four-week talent acquisition campaign across four rail stations in London—Witham, Ipswich, Colchester, and Chelmsford. The locations were selected for their high commuter footfall and concentration of corporate professionals.

The campaign took a multi-channel approach, combining targeted digital advertising, large-format billboards within key rail environments, and strategic social media placements.

The creative was deliberately people-focused, aligning with Guy Carpenter’s colleague value proposition, highlighting the benefit of working at Guy Carpenter. Four high-performing internal colleagues were selected and photographed during a London-based photo shoot to create authentic, campaign-led imagery.

The campaign lasted four weeks, delivering strong results, achieving a conversion rate of 6.6%.
