A worldwide Reinsurance Brokerage firm. Maintain the integrity of the visual brand and manage the design workflow for marketing. Manage a team of in-house design contractors, freelance artists, partners, and vendors. Directed external creative resources to develop effective concepts to meet strategy objectives. Enhanced the online client experience by leveraging design to elevate the digital touchpoints of the Guy Carpenter brand; developed and implemented new web components for real-time client pages and created a consistent brand experience. Provide monthly staff reports and project KPI milestone reports. Planned, designed, and executed a web content strategy that drove high traffic and contributed to meeting ROI on website traffic leads and unique visitors.
- Managed, and directed the production build-out for c-suite events, consisting of environmental graphics, custom branding for demo videos, clings, and the “innovation hub” for client meetings and reception.

Working with the Global COO and CMO, the objective was to improve website SEO, generate organic growth and identify ways to promote our thought leadership across our digital channels. Create and implement online marketing strategies to promote our thought leadership and marketing content under the newly created insights page on the website, and LinkedIn. Led cross-functional team to manage the acquisition of content and editorial calendar.
- Landing pages hosting new thought leadership content were promoted across social media, LinkedIn corporate page and averaged reposting 20 times on LinkedIn by professionals.

Interim Marketing Business Partner for Legal and Compliance teams
Worked with Legal to identify any areas of marketing that might infringe on legal requirements for collecting and storing clients’ digital information.
- Managed and deployed the TrustArc privacy consent tool one month ahead of schedule to all global public-facing sites, complying with each region’s new privacy regulation requirements.

A worldwide professional services, risk management, and insurance brokerage firm. Served on the brand governance committee for Marsh and its parent company, MMC. Managed the budget for production costs and freelance artists. Led cross-functional teams to create messaging and develop concepts for advertising campaigns. Established national production guidelines for all internal and external print collateral. Directed the global implementation and launch of new identity branding across 60 countries. Created a signature system within the identity to differentiate Marsh from its sister companies, while retaining the overall family brand.
