Talent Acquisition Campaign

The goal was to attract top talent within key commuter corridors into London and strengthen Guy Carpenter’s brand. A four-week recruitment campaign was launched across high-traffic rail stations—Witham, Ipswich, Colchester, and Chelmsford—selected for their concentration of corporate commuters and high footfall.

We developed a multi-channel approach combining targeted digital advertising, large-format rail billboards, and coordinated social media placements to maximize visibility throughout the commuter journey. The creative focused on people-first storytelling aligned to the colleague value proposition, highlighting the benefits of working at the firm.
